Rush requests received after the cutoff will be processed at the earliest available expedited slot and clients will be notified immediately.

SAME Day Process Services

Same Day Process Service provides immediate, court‑ready service for urgent filings and time‑sensitive matters. When a matter cannot wait, our Same Day option prioritizes assignment, deployment, and documentation so clients receive fast, reliable service without sacrificing accuracy or compliance with South Carolina rules of civil procedure.

Expected Turnaround Time

• Completed the same business day when documents are received, validated, and accepted for Same Day processing before the daily cutoff.

• If received after the cutoff or when geographic or access constraints exist, service will be completed at the earliest available slot that same day or within the next business day with client notification.
